Terms and Conditions

If you are a Moneyline customer, you can refer your friends or family to Moneyline. If they take out a Moneyline loan and meet the eligibility criteria below, you will receive a £20 Love2shop voucher.
Your voucher code will be sent to you by email. We aim to send this within 7 days of you becoming eligible for the reward.
Please only refer someone if you genuinely believe a Moneyline loan may be suitable for their circumstances. Do not pressure anyone to apply or suggest that they are guaranteed to be accepted.
Your friend is not guaranteed to receive a loan. Every application is subject to our lending assessment, including checks on affordability, bank statements and credit information.
To qualify for the referral reward:
- You must have an active Moneyline loan and be up to date with your repayments when you make the referral.
- Your friend must successfully take out a Moneyline loan.
You can make up to 4 successful referrals per calendar month. If each referral meets the eligibility criteria, you can receive up to 4 £20 Love2shop vouchers, with a maximum reward value of £80 per calendar month.
Taking part in the Refer a Friend scheme is entirely optional and will not affect your existing or future loan with Moneyline.
Moneyline reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time.

You can Recommend a Friend to Moneyline and if they take out a loan with us, you will get a £20 Love 2 Shop Gift Voucher

How do I Recommend a Friend to Moneyline?

Go into our app and click on the settings page. From here you can click on Recommend a Friend, share your code with your friends and family

How do I get the Voucher?

We aim to do this within 7 days after you qualify for the reward. So, make sure your email address is up to date in our App and check your emails

How do you know that I have Recommended a Friend to Moneyline?

When your friend applies for a loan using the code they received from you we will be able to tell that they have been recommended by you

How long will it take to get my voucher?

This will be emailed out to you within 7 days after your friend or family have taken out a loan with us.

How many friends can I recommend to Moneyline?

You can tell as many friends as you like about  Moneyline but you can only receive a maximum of 4 Love to Shop Vouchers a month

What should I do if I haven’t received my voucher?

It may be that your friend wasn’t successful in their loan application. If they were and you still haven’t received it check your junk emails
