Role: Loan Advisor
Location: Merthyr Tydfil
Salary: £17,600 per year
Hours: Full time. 35 hours per week Monday-Saturday (9am-4.30pm shift). During busy periods you may be asked to work until 8pm. All work done after 4.30pm will be based from home.

As a Loan Advisor, you will be responsible for giving all our customers the Moneyline customer first experience by offering incredible service in every customer interaction.
Whether it’s talking through a loan application, dealing with queries, helping customers who have fallen into arrears or bringing in new customers through marketing and local relationships, you will take the opportunity to make a difference and create a positive and personal customer experience every time.
