Role: Junior MI Analyst
Location: Accrington, Lancashire (May consider remote working)
Hours: Full time (Mon- Fri)
Job Type: Full-time
Contract: Temporary, 3 months fixed term
Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)

We are looking for individuals who are excited about supporting our Management Information & Reporting to enhance customer journeys while improving our efficiency, as everything we do at Moneyline puts our Customer First.

The Junior MI Analyst role involves producing daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to provide the Management team with an accurate overview of business performance.

With your analytical thinking, you will be supporting the work of the business by providing accurate and insightful management information reports. You will play a key role in providing quality information that will drive future decision making for the business. Within the role you will identify opportunities for smarter ways of working whilst driving productivity and customer service improvements with the information you provide.

Who are we looking for?

We are interested in someone who enjoys working within a fast-paced team and has a real interest in producing management information to tell a story.

You will be responsible for ensuring the management information meets the needs of the business and have the ability to explain complex information in a Simple, Helpful & Clear way!

To do this you will:
  • Work on AdHoc requests, projects and BAU reporting as well as ensuring these are accurate.
  • Work with different departments to gather their requirements.
  • Maintain reports and creating new ones.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to produce reports and ensure they are delivered to a high standard.
  • Identify and correct errors in source.
  • Present the information to management by telling a story.
Required skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding Excel skills & other Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with a range of stakeholders in the business
  • The ability to present information
  • The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • Have a thorough and methodical approach
  • Ideally you will have experience analysing customer information
  • Experience with SQL (Desirable)
  • The drive to stretch yourself and develop yourself and others around you.
