Role: Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Location: Globe Centre – Accrington, Lancashire
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week Monday-Saturday (Hours between 8am-8pm)
Salary: £17,600 per year

The opportunity

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for giving all our customers the Moneyline Customer First experience by offering incredible service in every customer interaction.

Whether it’s talking through a loan application, dealing with queries, helping customers who have fallen into arrears or bringing in new customers through marketing and local relationships, you will take the opportunity to make a difference and create a positive and personal customer experience every time.
